Welcome to Aeyela!
Dane's Birthday Juibilee (DBJ) was a dungeons and dragons campaign i ran with my close friends for a couple of years. it was barely even d&d, and in hindsight we probably shouldve used a different game system. lots of stuff happened, but it really was all about Dane's 400th birthday.
the game is currently on an indefinite hiatus, so im revamping it with a new title: The Parhelion Gate! i am also working on part ii. Aubade's First Prisoner, which is a continuation of DBJ after the campaign was cut short, sans the player characters.
Summary
A B&B owner called Bigtoe was pulled into the adventuring business by Dane, his very distant 399 year old great uncle. They were joined by Furn, a disgraced queen-turned-fugitive. Dane's Birthday Jubilee follows this unlikely trio as they became involved in a resistance against the Radiant Parish, a church that had been rapidly taking over the continent of Aeyela with its monthestic worship of the sun deity Aubade. Our heroes were sent on missions by Cai, their mysterious guildmaster, to dispose of colossal spawns of Aubade that brought environmental disarray wherever they manifested. Aubade's Birdcage is a universe in which Dane retired after his 400th birthday and Furn set off for her old kingdom with Bigtoe in tow (lol). The story follows Cai and Dawn as they fight for freedom against the Parish's evergrowing influence. Torian is also there, having a bisexual side quest or something. I havent written it yet so i honestly cant give much of a summary beyond that.Page Title (Heading 1)
